Composite Plus range of products:

The plugs and moulds are milled with the CNC five-axis milling machines for machining of plastic and composite materials. The milling machine produces plugs and moulds with the surface roughness of up to 0.17-0.2 mm and therefore it is possible to produce large high-quality models. The milling machines are capable of handling the following dimensions:

• L = 27,8 m      W = 7,8 m      H = 3,6 m
• L = 6 m            W = 2,6 m      H = 1,5 m

The cutting edge CAD/CAM software is used for milling production. Composite Plus requires 3D models of the products. The models must be created using a program that supports a file format that can be imported into NX Unigraphics, the formats such as PARASOLID, STEP or IGES.
